We currently offer telehealth and video counselling sessions. Sessions will be held over Halaxy’s protected telehealth software. This means our services are accessible all over Australia. Please note that all appointment times will be Western Standard Time (Perth).

At Rain & Co, we are dedicated to providing services that are accessible and affordable, but still value our practitioner’s expertise and training.

A 50 minute session is $150 AUD. If you have a Mental Health Care Plan referral, you have access to 10 sessions every calendar year (January - December) with a Medicare rebate of $96.65 each session.

Rain & Co values supporting young people and students, and understands the additional financial burden of accessing mental health supports. We have a limited number of spots available to students at a reduced fee of $125.

Please note - to access our student reduced fee, proof of enrolment at a recognized Australian University or TAFE will need to be provided at time of initial booking. Appointments are subject to availability. Please enquire HERE

Rain & Co currently accepts Medicare rebated referrals through your GP, or self funding. Reimbursement through your private health insurance is subject to your level of cover.

We are currently not accepting NDIS or Veteran Affairs funding. We endeavor to update clients on this if there is further change.

At Rain & Co Psychology, we understand that life can be unpredictable. If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please let us know as soon as possible. Appointments cancelled within 24 hours, and no shows will incur a cancellation fee of $50. This policy helps us manage our schedule effectively and booking other clients waiting for appointments. Multiple no shows or reschedules may lead to not being able to book in future. Thank you for understanding.
